As Field Operations Manager at Corble Builders, Jacob Bath represents the second generation of leadership within the company. A licensed builder, Jacob shares his father Bill’s passion for craftsmanship and commitment to producing exquisite homes that reflect the unique character and lifestyle of Northern Michigan. From custom residences on Walloon Lake to detailed remodels in Petoskey, Jacob approaches every project with the same dedication to quality, client care, and long-term value established by his father.
Jacob’s roots in building run deep. He began working on job sites in middle school, learning directly from his father and the crew. Over the years, he has grown into a skilled professional capable of managing complex projects from start to finish — including customer relations, project planning, and job site operations. Recently, Jacob was recognized by the Home Builders Association of Northern Michigan as one of the region’s promising young builders, highlighting his early accomplishments and future leadership in the industry.
Like his father, Jacob believes Northern Michigan is more than a place to live — it’s a way of life. He couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home. Outside of building, Jacob embraces the area’s natural beauty through hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, and riding off-road motorcycles. Most importantly, he enjoys these experiences with family and close friends, grounding his work and life in the values of community and connection.
With his hands-on expertise, forward-looking vision, and genuine love for the region, Jacob is committed to carrying Corble Builders into the future while staying true to the principles that have defined the company since its founding.
